The Flying Point team attended the MIPIM World Real Estate event in Cannes.
MIPIM brings together most of the names that matter in European real estate for a week, which makes it the single most efficient place to find the two things a regeneration project needs and cannot manufacture: a city that wants it, and capital patient enough to fund it.
We came away with new connections across the continent and a clearer read on where appetite for large-scale urban regeneration is genuinely building.
