Two days in Paris — including a visit to the Covéa office-to-co-living conversion in the 15th arrondissement.
The Flying Point team gathered in Paris in October 2023 for two days of inspiration, team bonding and a fair amount of walking.
The highlight was a visit to the Covéa office reconversion in the 15th arrondissement, now a co-living scheme. Standing inside a completed conversion is worth more than any amount of feasibility modelling: it shows you what the structure will and will not allow, and where the money actually goes.
The team finished with a boat tour of the city — Parisian architecture from the angle it was designed to be seen from.
